Pleasant news of the day: User Echo integrates with JIRA:

Hi Melissa,

Thanks for the news! I did notice the integration with JIRA on UserEcho as early as I started working on this product, but unfortunately the integration with JIRA comes with a high cost. Ideally the Base plus version of UserEcho will give us most of the functions we need; however, integrating with JIRA and customizing using CSS require the Pro version. The price of the base plus version is $59 per month with a 20% discount if paid annually. The Pro version, however, is $256 per month. Even with the discount, the Pro version seems to cost too much. Do you think it is worthy upgrading to the Pro? Here is a detailed checklist for all the functions available in different versions respectively:

Please let me know what you think!

Best,

thanks- I'm not sure if that price is out of the question. it may work nicely with our process. do you know if user echo provides educational/ non-profit discounts on their pricing? many enterprise systems give us a discount since we are a 501c3. did you have that in any of the price models?
Hi Melissa,

Neither UserVoice (a previous product) or UserEcho has actively offered a discount to 501c3. However, I can ask their team and see what they are willing to do. Can you give me some examples about the discounts we have from other companies?

Also I am trying to find more details about the integration with JIRA and see what specific benefits we can get out of it. I will let you know as soon as I figure it out!

Best,
Chen
